Among the award winners at the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2020, The Marq is probably the only project in Vietnam that is honored in the most categories, including up to 3 prestigious 5-star awards.

In its nearly three-decade history, it’s the first time the Asia Pacific Property Awards – a part of the long-established International Property Awards – took place in a special way. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the award ceremony was held online on September 7 in York City (UK) with congratulations from Lord Best, member of the British Senate and Chairman of the Judging Panel; Mr. Stuart Shield, President and Founder of the Awards; and judge Jo Hamilton.

Regardless of the reason, the Asia-Pacific Property Awards are among of the biggest and most established awards in the industry, receiving over 900 entries each year from companies operating in all sectors of the real estate industry, including architecture, design, consulting, and interior across the entire region. The award is the recognition of the best performers based on the evaluation criteria of design, quality, service, innovation, uniqueness, creativity and commitment to sustainability.

Conquering many rounds of rigorous evaluation by the international board of judges and a list of strong local and international competitors, The Marq – a luxury condominium project with 515 opulent residences comprising one to four-bedroom condominiums offering stunning views of Ho Chi Minh City, developed by Hongkong Land and An Khang – has been honored with three prestigious 5 star awards: Mixed Use Interior, Residential High-Rise Architecture, and Residential Show House.

The success of The Marq in the category of Residential High-Rise Architecture is associated with the modern architectural style expressed through smart design but still adheres to the orientation of creating a green living environment in the heart of the city. A modern living space with double glazing on the facade that helps reducing the amount of ambient noise from the street and decreasing the great amount of heat absorbed into the units is not completely harshness concrete buildings, but a green oasis which is harmoniously designed in the overall of the tropical trees leading into the main entrance, peaceful waterfall groping in front of the lobby, infinity pool, relaxing jacuzzi pool or Sky Bar and Sky Dinning on the rooftop.

Meanwhile, The Marq’s modern design of high ceilings and exquisite interior has completely conquered the International Judges in the category Residential High-Rise Architecture. Compared to the standard 2.7m high ceiling on the market, The Marq is designed with 3.2m ceilings, even 6.9m in some selected 4-bedroom apartments – a special privilege for those who are seeking a true value of life. That dramatic high-ceiling is even more flattering with luxuriously-colored marble floors and walls as well as other refined materials.

The Marq is designed with 3.2m ceilings, even 6.9m in some selected 4-bedroom apartments – a special privilege for those who are seeking a true value of life.

“Winning at the Asia-Pacific Property Awards 2020 is a great honor for Hongkong Land & An Khang, and it’s an endorsement to our commitment to creating modern and luxurious living spaces while preserving the heritage values that we always pursue throughout the history of the brand,” said Caleb Lau, General Manager of Hongkong Land and Director of The Marq. All of these elements seem to be enhanced and sublimated in the project’s show unit to provide a real experience to the homebuyer. There, all imaginations are materialized and emerge before your eyes, awakening all your senses, helping to redefine a true luxury living space for successful and trend-savvy residents. Therefore, the award of Residential Show House deserves to be given to The Marq as a recognition for this luxury project.

In addition, The Marq was also honored with 2 other winning awards:   Apartment/Condominium and Residential High-Rise Development. These prestigious awards are a testament to the quality of the project and affirmation of the position of Hongkong Land and An Khang in the international market.

Jointly developed by Hongkong Land and An Khang, The Marq is a luxury residential high-rise building, located in the heart of District 1, HCMC. This development will provide 515 opulent residences comprising one- to four-bedroom condominiums offering stunning city views and a true luxury lifestyle for discerning investors.
